Please have one or both of the homeowners available during our initial consultation visit. This ensures that we obtain accurate home information and are granted legal access onsite. This also keeps everyone safe.
Lastly, have past and current electric bills handy or easily accessible. This will give the most accurate information needed to proceed as the electric company will become involved at some point.
